BLANK2Y was a South Korean boy group formed by Keystone Entertainment. Originally debuting as a nine-member group, they officially debuted on May 24, 2022 with the mini album K2Y I : Confidence [Thumbs Up]. The group's name combined the words “Blank” and “Key,” symbolizing a key that opens an empty space and creates new possibilities.

The group was introduced through an extensive pre-debut project that gradually revealed the members and documented their journey through the reality series BLANK2Y'S. Following months of promotions and anticipation, BLANK2Y debuted in May 2022 and quickly followed up with their first comeback, K2Y II : Passion [Fuego], later that year. During this period, the group also established its official fandom, K2YWE.

In 2023, the group faced significant challenges. Member Youngbin departed following a controversy, and several members—including DK, Louis, U, Sungjun, and Sodam—later terminated their contracts with Keystone Entertainment. Although they initially remained members of the group, ongoing inactivity, member hiatuses, and the departure of key members made future group activities increasingly uncertain.

On October 23, 2023, the launch of DV.OL, a new group featuring former BLANK2Y members Dokyun (DK), Louis, U, Sungjun, and Sodam, effectively signaled the end of BLANK2Y's activities. While no formal disbandment announcement was issued, the group is widely presumed to have disbanded. Following the group's inactivity, Donghyuk and Siwoo pursued acting careers, Mikey later debuted in Celest1a, and U appeared as a contestant on Boys II Planet in 2025.
