FAVORITE was a six-member girl group under Astory Entertainment. They debuted on July 5, 2017 with the mini album "My Favorite". They made their Japanese debut on November 6, 2019 with the single "Catch Me".
The group name FAVORITE means to be a favourite person above all else, and it contains the ambition to become girls who capture the hearts of the public through likeable music and performance.
On April 19, 2018, FAVORITE won their first award Fashionista Award at LBMA Star Awards.
The group went on a hiatus following their last release, Lie, in 2020. On July 5, 2024, member Saebom confirmed that the group had quietly disbanded after four years of inactivity.
