호미들 소개

HOMIES (RR: Homideul) is a South Korean hip-hop trio consisting of childhood friends and rappers Chin, CK and Louie. They first gained widespread attention in 2019 after appearing on rapper Superbee's YouTube hip-hop audition show Superbee’s Rap Academy, where they finished as runner-up.

Shortly after their appearance on the show, the trio signed an exclusive contract with Yng & Rich Records, Superbee's record label in 2020. Their debut studio album, Generation came in 2021, further establishing themselves within the Korean hip-hop scene. HOMIES have won several awards, including New Artist of the Year at the 2021 Korean Hip-Hop Awards. Their single “Siren Remix” featuring rappers Uneducated Kid and Paul Blanco became their first single to enter the Gaon Digital Chart, peaking at #18.

Following the expiration of their contract with Yng & Rich Records in March 2024, HOMIES began operating as an independent act.
