KAVE is a South Korean band and producer collective currently under PLAN-G Entertainment. Led by singer-songwriter Gaho (vocals), the group consists of Jun (bass), Jisang (guitar), Hyun (piano, keyboard), and Ownr (keyboard, DJ). The band's name stands for "Kings Always Have Veiled Egos," reflecting the idea that everyone possesses hidden sides to their identity, a theme the group explores through its music.
Before officially debuting as a band, the members of KAVE worked closely with Gaho as his live band and production team. They contributed to the production, arrangement, and recording of numerous releases, including SHINee's "I Say," THE BOYZ's "White," Gaho's "Wish" for the Stranger 2 OST, and Lee Jong Suk's "Come To Me" for the While You Were Sleeping OST, among many other projects.
Following their debut, KAVE established themselves as both recording artists and producers while continuing to collaborate extensively with Gaho and other artists. On November 7, 2025, Planetarium Records announced that the exclusive contracts of both Gaho and KAVE had officially concluded. The agency expressed its gratitude for the years spent working together and wished the artists continued success in the next chapter of their careers.
On August 5, 2026, KAVE announced through their official social media accounts that they had signed an exclusive contract with PLAN-G Entertainment. The announcement also confirmed Jun as the band's bassist as part of the group's new lineup.
