KISS was a South Korean female music trio that debuted in 2001 under J Entertainment. The group became best known for their emotional hit song “Because I’m a Girl,” which gained major popularity across Asia thanks to its heartfelt lyrics and memorable music video. Although KISS had a short career and released only one album, they left a lasting impact on early K-pop fans and are still remembered as a classic first-generation K-pop group.
