소나무 소개
SONAMOO (소나무) debuted under TS Entertainment on December 29, 2014 with the six-track mini album Deja Vu. The original lineup comprised Sumin, Minjae, D.ana, Nahyun, Euijin, High.D and NewSun. Their name is Korean for “pine tree,” reflected in the fandom name Solbangul, or “pine cone.”
The debut paired its hip-hop title track with R&B and pop songs, introducing the group's vocal and rap roles. In 2019, Nahyun and Sumin sought to end their TS contracts. They won the first trial in September 2020; TS subsequently appealed that ruling.
