보이스퍼 소개

VOISPER was a South Korean vocal group formed by Evermore Music. The quartet consisted of Jung Dae-kwang, Jung Kwang-ho, Kim Kang-san, and Min Choong-gi, longtime friends who met in high school in Incheon. Before debuting, the group gained attention as North Incheon Nineteen on the talent show Superstar K6 in 2014, where their harmonies earned them public recognition.

The group officially debuted on March 2, 2016, with the digital single “In Your Voice”, showcasing their warm, R&B-inspired ballad sound. Their name, a blend of “Voice” and “Whisper,” reflected their focus on expressive vocals and soft, emotional delivery. Later that year, VOISPER released their first mini-album, "Voice + Whisper", establishing themselves as a promising vocal unit distinct from the idol-dance mainstream.

In 2018, the group issued their first full-length album, "Wishes, followed by a steady series of singles including “Crush On You,” “Goodbye to Goodbye,” and “Keep Going.” Known for their tight harmonies and soulful tone, VOISPER became recognized as one of the few modern K-pop groups dedicated primarily to pure vocal performance rather than choreography or spectacle.

After nearly six years of activity, VOISPER released their final album, "The Finale", in December 2021, and announced their disbandment shortly after.

Although their commercial impact remained modest, the group is remembered for their strong live vocals, sincere musicality, and contributions to Korea’s contemporary R&B and ballad scene.
