비와이 소개

Lee Byung-yoon, better known by his stage name BewhY, is a South Korean rapper and producer. He gained recognition after winning Show Me the Money 5 in 2016 and has since participated as a producer in later seasons.

He initially performed under the stage name BY, referencing his initials. He later changed it to BewhY, symbolically connecting the letters B and Y to A and Z—the beginning and end of the alphabet—while also expressing his desire to be close to God, who represents the beginning and end of all things. A devout Christian, BewhY often references his faith throughout his music.

He released his first studio album, "The Blind Star" in 2017, followed by his critically acclaimed second album, "The Movie Star" in 2019.

He founded the record label Dejavu Group in 2017. On May 1, 2026, it was announced that the company had ceased activities.

BewhY married his longtime partner in 2020, and is a father to two daughters.
