릴러말즈 소개

Leellamarz, born Kim Min-kyung, is a prominent South Korean rapper and singer. He debuted in the Korean hip-hop scene in 2017 under Wayside Town with the album Y. He then went on to join Ambition Musik in 2019, a label founded by hip-hop artists Dok2 and The Quiett.

He studied violin formally at the Korea National University of Arts and furthered his education at the Manhattan School of Music, which is a rare background among Korean hip-hop artists. This unique blend of classical training and contemporary hip-hop has made him stand out in the Korean music scene. He participated in the fifth season of the South Korean rap competition show Show Me the Money 5 (SMTM5), which aired in 2016.

By 2022, he expanded his role in Korean hip-hop as a producer and mentor on the 11th season of the popular rap competition show Show Me the Money, working alongside The Quiett under the team name Quiolin. Their team reached the semi-finals before being eliminated.

Leellamarz is known for his emotional delivery and the songwriting depth, often exploring themes of personal struggle, growth, and the complexities of life.
