Sahara (사하라) is a South Korean singer born on July 26, 1980, in South Korea, who was under Logi Entertainment.

When Sahara was born, she was designated male. But she never identified with the gender she was assigned to at birth.

After school ended, Sahara decided to start her gender transition, to feel better about herself. She started taking hormones and performed surgeries to feel better with her body. She later became a Jeans Model, and won a beauty pageant in Thailand in 2003.

Sahara and 2 other girls (Sinae and Binu) were selected from 400 participants in the Logi Entertainment audition. She became the main vocalist of the 1st transgender group "Lady".

But later the group disbanded because of the discrimination the group was receiving from the Korean public, and for not generating profit for the company.

Sahara appeared one last time on television in 2012, on a talk show called "SheXY" ( The show only had one episode).

She works in a bar these days, appears occasionally in the streams of some friends.
